Q: How do I search for specific items on your website?

On our Index Page, you can search under the Indexed Keywords.
On our Home Page, you can search under Galleries to see the work of specific artists listed there.
You can search our Gift Shop for items which retail for under $100.00.
You can click on any of our Banners, e.g. dog coats, pet beds, pet memorials, pet jewellery, etc.
Q: What is the availability of the art pieces?
A: Every item on our website is available for shipment to be received within 2-3 weeks, unless it is specified otherwise, or if it is a commissioned piece. (Please see below for commissions.)
Q: Can I send this art piece directly to a friend as a gift?
A: Yes. Simply provide us with the shipping name and address, and we will enclose a free gift card from you. If the recipient prefers to exchange the gift for an artwork of their choice and of approximately equal value, they may do so provided they pay the shipping costs. We will even gift-wrap our animal paintings, ceramic art, pet beds, etc. for a nominal fee of $4.50. Please, look for the gift wrap button on the product page.
Q: How securely are your art pieces packed?
A: All our ceramic art, animal and wildlife paintings, metal animal art, etc. is packed directly by the individual artists whose work you purchase. We all pack our art very carefully and appropriately for our items and each piece is insured for loss and/or damage. For more info, please view our shipping policy.
Q: Is the coloring on your website pictures exactly the same as the original work?
A: All computer monitors display colors slightly differently. Although we spend a great deal of time and effort matching our pictures to the original teapots, animal paintings, wall pockets, ceramic art and other pet stuff., some variations are to be expected. Rest assured that the original pieces are always superior to the pictures in color and detail.
Q: Can I commission a special piece?
A: Many of our artists are happy to do commissions, or to personalize an existing piece, if possible. We would be more than happy to 'brainstorm' with you and pass the info on to appropriate artists. Just email us to create the details and we will co-ordinate the work for you. You will be given a timeline for each commission, so that you know when you can expect delivery of your animal art piece(s). A 50% deposit is required once you approve the work and decide to go ahead, the other 50% upon receipt of the art. Commissions are non refundable, but may be exchanged provided that the work is not of a very personal nature, e.g. some portraits.
We suggest that you look on special section for Commissions/Custom Orders, where you can compare the various styles of our artists. Some artists have included a price list, while others prefer to be contacted for their prices. You can contact our artists by emailing them at: info@enchantinganimalart.com and putting RE: Commission by ....the artist name(s) in the subject line.

A: Certainly, we will be glad to answer any queries you might have. Simply contact us and please allow 3-4 days for a response.
