- On request from our customers, we have marked our shipping, insurance and handling prices (to US and Canada) on our product page. This way, you will know the total price right away, before you order. You will still have to click on the shipping destination button in the check-out page to get the proper calculation. We are actually not charging for packing and handling.
- We ship worldwide. Our artists ship the artwork by the best carriers in their part of the world. That means the safest, reasonably fast and priced shippers.
- Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. We will inform you (before you purchase) of any exceptions, which might take more or less time.
- We take utmost care in packaging your art, and always insure our clay and other art shipments. If you click on the proper button, shipping rates to the U.S. or Canada will be calculated and added to the price of each item in our Gallery and Gift Shop.
- For International buyers, please include your full address on our order form so that we can give you an exact shipping rate worldwide. If you prefer, feel free to contact us for an exact shipping quote or if you require faster shipping.
- Please note though that we will not combine fragile pottery or glass art items if we deem it unsafe to ship more than one or two pieces in a box.
